About the Role
As part of the Global Enterprise Excellence organization, the Business Process Improvement Specialist supports the Neuromodulation Value Improvement Program (VIP) and related initiatives by maintaining systems, enabling program content, and supporting leadership with data, reporting, and event execution. This role focuses on program operations, process improvement delivery support, and stakeholder coordination to ensure global business objectives are met. The incumbent will work across teams to maintain data quality, deliver communications, manage recognition programs, and provide support for workshops, projects, and global events.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing VIP system operations by triaging user queries, tracking recurring issues, ensuring data quality, and maintaining the Knowledge SharePoint site
- Supporting project entry, annual VIP goal creation, and Finance Approver training and access
- Developing resource materials such as guides, dashboards, infographics, and presentation decks to enable decision-making
- Coordinating DMAIC and Kaizen workshops, process mapping sessions, and track implementation outcomes while maintaining workshop records and tools
- Preparing data and reporting for quarterly and ad hoc leadership updates, aligning content with leadership priorities and pain points
- Assisting functional champions with intake processes, pipeline building and tracking; provide mentorship to colleagues newer to process improvement
- Facilitating recognition initiatives, including the quarterly Recognize Success program, coordinating communications, recognition emails, and rewards distribution
- Supporting financial and indirect spend projects including data collection, deck preparation, stakeholder engagement, and compliance dashboards
- Assisting with planning and executing Global VIP Week for global and local events including communication efforts and KPI tracking
- Building basic dashboards in Power BI/Tableau to support automation and analytics initiatives; develop financial acumen to connect process improvements with business outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance Industrial & Systems Engineering, or similar field
- At least 1 year of experience in program coordination, project support, or process improvement
- Ability to manage competing priorities/projects; strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC)
- Ability to travel up to 20% (globally)
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects in a corporate environment
- Exposure to financial reporting and data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at multiple levels
- Financial acumen with ability to correlate improvements to financial results
- Proven track record of working with executive-level stakeholders and influencing strategic initiatives
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
