About the role: 
We are looking for an upstream product marketing manager who is passionate about digital health technologies and ready to help manage our pioneering patient health mobile app and physican web solutions for the Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) therapy.  Our mission is to provide the best care for our patients.  To do this, we’ve assembled a group of world-class business/strategy, product design, technology, and medical professionals with deep knowledge and experience in digital businesses and solutions – from mobile applications and digital health technologies to new and emerging medical solutions yet to be realized.

This role will sit out of Valencia, CA, however, has the potential to offer a flexible hybrid work model. Please speak with your recruiter and hiring manager to learn more.


Your responsibilities will include:

⦁    The upstream product manager will support the marketing product development responsibilities for digital solutions, including web and  digital apps
⦁    Own end-to-end consumer experience and manage digital product life-cycles
⦁    Interface with key opinion leaders, customers, and patients to assess and address unmet needs
⦁    Work with cross-functional teams to refine features to ensure product market fit and growth 
⦁    Day-to-day product marketing operations including international expansion and sustaining global digital products
⦁    Help develop and execute global multi-year strategic product expansion launch roadmaps for the pain digital portfolio, ensuring alignment with franchise business objectives
⦁    Champion product commercialization activities across multiple cross-functional teams such as digital R&D, digital ventures, project management, regulatory, legal and commerical sales teams 

What we are looking for in you
⦁    Bachelor’s degree required (in life science or related field preferred)
⦁    3-5+ years of product marketing experience  
⦁    Experience working in a regulated environment such as medical device, and/or pharmaceutical industry preferred
⦁    Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic, matrix environment
⦁    Well-developed skills in planning, communications, and follow-up
⦁    Must be extremely detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple changing priorities, committed to managing multiple stakeholders, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
⦁    Ability to complete assignments of an advanced degree of complexity, working under little or no supervision on specific tasks or projects.
⦁    Strong analytic and strategic thinking ability
⦁    Strong interpersonal, communication, and written skills
⦁    Comfortable working in Excel with ability to create and maintain forecasts, templates, business cases, and project plans.
⦁    Attention to detail
⦁    Take-charge spirit to proactively engage with cross-functional teams
⦁    Work with a global mindset
⦁    Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for digital health technologies
⦁    Occasional travel, up to 20%, may be required


Preferred qualifications:
⦁    Experience in product development with digital mobile apps preferred
⦁    Experience driving digital product vision and design discussions preferred
⦁    Familiarity with emerging web and mobile technologies and solutions preferred
⦁    Previous global launch experience
⦁    Advanced degree, or MBA
