About the role: 

We are looking for a Product Manager II to establish, direct, and coordinate clinical marketing activities in the Neuromodulation Pain franchise which includes Spinal Cord Stimulation, Radiofrequency Ablation, and Interspinous Spacers.  

In this role, you will be partnering with clinical and marketing colleagues to create long-range clinical plans, goals, and objectives to commercialize Boston Scientific products. This individual will also partner with sales representatives, R&D, Health Economics, and physicians to determine clinical data needs, develop compelling clinical messaging, and create clinical deliverables for physicians and sales representatives.  

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with Clinical Team to help identify strategic and tactical clinical data needs to support the commercialization of products in the Boston Scientific Pain Portfolio
  • Develop a deep understanding of the clinical landscape, markets, trends, and competition to make data-driven decisions for product launch and commercial strategies.
  • Create clear and concise clinical messaging to communicate the value of the Boston Scientific Pain Portfolio to physicians and sales representatives
  • Develop and launch clinical marketing deliverables, including clinical brochures, clinical summaries, digital communications, and symposia content.
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, including Key Opinion Leaders, to gain insight into clinical data needs and communicate on Boston Scientific clinical data
  • Analyze competitive clinical data to develop strategies and tactics to respond to competitive products
  • Develop and conduct sales training for field sales representatives
  • Develop and maintain Clinical Claims Matrix to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Required qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with clinical data in a commercial medical device setting
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Marketing experience in a regulated industry 


Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Neuromodulation, spine, and/or chronic pain-related work experience
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills

The anticipated annualized base pay range this full-time position working at this location will be from $81,900-155,600, plus variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements) and the value of core and optional employee benefits being offered at Boston Scientific (BSC), which can be reviewed at
