About the role:
Boston Scientific is transforming lives worldwide through innovative Digital Health and Medical Device solutions. We are seeking a Digital AI Product Manager with strategic vision, thought leadership, and a passion for improving the lives of those living with chronic pain.
As a Product Manager on the Revenue Enablement team, you will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, drive strategic initiatives, oversee execution of commercial and AI-focused digital projects, and build the divisional AI roadmap and operating model for the Neuromodulation (NMD) division. You will collaborate with functional leaders across commercial and back-office functions to identify use cases, upskill teams, and design, prioritize, and deliver impactful digital solutions.
You will also participate in Boston Scientific’s Product Management community, exchanging insights, fostering collaboration, and mentoring early-career Product Managers and Product Owners.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Your responsibilities will include:
● Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for divisional AI initiatives that enable incremental revenue and improve productivity across field and back-office functions (e.g., AI-enabled pre-authorization, sales rep next best actions, and customer-facing chatbots). Provide consistent progress updates to leadership and monitor KPIs aligned with business strategy.
● Identify high-impact use cases by engaging with sales and business teams. Develop business cases and value articulation in collaboration with stakeholders.
● Partner with change enablement teams to ensure successful adoption through effective communication, training, and change management.
● Lead AI upskilling initiatives across field, internal, and leadership teams to increase productivity and awareness of AI tools and applications.
● Collaborate across divisional functions to create and maintain a cross-functional AI roadmap.
● Establish and execute divisional AI governance and operating models, including intake, prioritization, and acceleration frameworks through divisional councils and corporate teams.
● Support discovery, assessment, prioritization, and development of commercial capabilities such as CRM, eCommerce, and sales quoting solutions to support Revenue Enablement.
● Drive discovery and planning sessions with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and actionable roadmaps.
● Prioritize development initiatives, from MVPs to full-scale solutions, in collaboration with technical and business teams.
● Partner cross-functionally with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure cohesive delivery.
● Execute initiatives to improve KPIs and ROI through analytics, dashboards, and actionable insights.
● Promote a positive, agile team culture and facilitate open communication across all levels.
● Ensure compliance with Boston Scientific’s standards for patient safety, product quality, security, and data privacy.
● Stay informed on revenue enablement technologies, clinical workflows, and system integrations.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or related technical field.
● Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management or product design focused on software products and technologies.
● Strong working knowledge and/or prior implementation experience of AI use cases in commercial or back-office functions.
● Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), AI agents, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI applications.
● Experience collaborating with AI platform and engineering teams on GenAI, AI/ML, and data products.
● Proven program management experience standing up governance models, operating frameworks, and business case/value creation processes.
● Demonstrated cross-functional influence and ability to communicate across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
● Proficiency in commercial enterprise systems, processes, and data flows, ideally within Commercial Excellence, Revenue Operations, or Digital Enablement.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
● Ability to deliver innovative, customer-centric, technology-driven solutions.
● Proficiency in modern software development methodologies (agile, test-driven development, CI/CD).
● Proven experience developing and evolving product strategies based on data and industry trends.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Willingness to travel up to 15%.
Preferred qualifications:
● Advanced degree (MBA).
● Current or previous Boston Scientific experience.
● Experience with Neuromodulation or the broader MedTech/life sciences industry.
● Background in Sales Operations, Marketing, or Digital Enablement.
● Prior experience leading AI upskilling initiatives within an organization.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
