  • Help ensure digital tools are consistently and correctly used in daily commercial processes.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Collect structured feedback from end users on adoption challenges, usability, and training effectiveness.

  • Synthesize feedback into actionable insights for the Commercialization Manager.

  • Escalate enhancement ideas, workflow gaps, and usability issues to Digital Product Managers.

  • Continuously update enablement content as systems evolve.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Education, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or related field preferred).

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital enablement, training, change management, or commercial systems support.

  • Demonstrated experience building training and enablement content for digital technologies supporting field sales or commercial organizations.

  • Strong understanding of digital systems, technical concepts, and process change, with the ability to translate complexity into simple, user-friendly guidance.

  • Working knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Quick learner, capable of rapidly acquiring knowledge to address gaps.
