About the role:
Boston Scientific is transforming lives worldwide through innovative Digital Health and Medical Device solutions. We are seeking a Digital Product Manager with strategic vision, leadership, and a passion for improving the lives of people living with chronic pain.

As a Product Manager on the Revenue Enablement team, you will partner closely with business leaders to understand priorities, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee the execution of commercial-focused digital projects. You will collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Patient Access, Patient Services, and other product leaders to design, prioritize, and deliver impactful revenue enablement solutions.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with field and business teams to understand priorities, unmet needs, and emerging opportunities

  • Developing and articulating the product vision, strategy, and business model to stakeholders and external partners

  • Leading project kickoffs, discovery sessions, and planning activities with business stakeholders

  • Collaborating with Product Owners to establish and maintain the product roadmap aligned with strategic goals

  • Defining measurable objectives, managing the product backlog, and proactively mitigating risks

  • Integrating business and user feedback into product roadmaps and project decisions

  • Using data insights, customer feedback, and stakeholder input to adjust product direction

  • Supporting prioritization of initiatives ranging from single MVPs to multi-solution platforms

  • Working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Change Managers, and Development teams

  • Applying Agile, Lean, and User-Centered Design methodologies to product development and delivery

  • Measuring and tracking KPIs such as usage, engagement, and retention, and driving improvements to meet business goals

  • Partnering with analytics and finance teams to monitor ROI, create dashboards, and deliver actionable insights

  • Promoting cross-functional collaboration and organizational alignment

  • Supporting agile best practices and maintaining a positive team culture

  • Ensuring adherence to patient safety, product quality, security, and data privacy standards

  • Staying current on commercial solutions, revenue enablement technologies, clinical workflows, and system integrations

  • Supporting intake, governance processes, and communications to stakeholders and leadership

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related technical field

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management or product design, focused on software products and technologies

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC) or other CRM systems (highly preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of commercial enterprise systems, processes, and data flows

  • Prior experience in Commercial Excellence, Revenue Operations, or Digital Enablement functions (highly preferred)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mindset

  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • Demonstrated success in delivering innovative, customer-centric, technology-driven solutions

  • Expertise in modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and CI/CD

  • Experience developing and evolving product strategies based on research, data, and industry trends

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Quick learner with the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge in new domains

  • Willingness to travel up to 15%

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MBA)

  • Current or previous experience at Boston Scientific

  • Experience in the Neuromodulation business or within MedTech/life sciences industries

  • Background in Sales Operations, Marketing, or Digital functions

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

 

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
