About the role:
Leads one-time integration and remediation of acquired legacy marketing channels (including social media, website, advertising, and email) for a new product line to align with Boston Scientific brand, quality, and compliance standards. Ensures marketing communications are reviewed, approved, and deployed within Boston Scientific systems and processes.
This role is intended to support the incremental workload during an 18-month integration period. Following completion of integration activities, the role may transition to supporting ongoing marketing communications for the pain management portfolio. The continuation of the role beyond the integration period will depend on business needs and organizational priorities.
Work Mode:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Scope
Content strategy and multichannel workstreams:
- Rebrand marketing content pieces, including coordination of cross-functional review with Quality, Research & Development, Regulatory, Medical and Legal teams
- Redline content edits for healthcare provider and patient-facing communications while updating design and branding to align with Boston Scientific standards
- Coordinate video updates bring legacy assets into compliance with Boston Scientific quality and brand standards
- Manage the fulfillment and dissemination of content across Boston Scientific marketing channels and systems
Your responsibilities will include:
- Patient materials updates: Replace legacy materials (e.g., content for social media, website, advertising, email) with updated materials that meet Boston Scientific quality standards and required review processes
- Portfolio integration updates: Update existing healthcare provider assets to include integrated brand/product in a consistent way across the pain management portfolio
- Agency and contractor coordination: Manage creative and production freelancer supporting integration-related workstreams
- Stakeholder alignment: Coordinate with Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure compliant multichannel communications
- Project management: Manage multiple concurrent remediation projects, timelines, and deliverables to support successful completion of integration milestones.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or related communications functions.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution across multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience developing and managing content within a highly regulated environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience within medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries
- Experience supporting acquisitions, brand integrations, or large-scale content remediation projects
- Experience working within a global organization and creating communications that take into account different cultural nuances for healthcare professionals
