Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, business development, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in strategic relationship building and stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive consensus in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong understanding of medical referral processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems, EMR systems, and healthcare analytics (such as: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, IQVIA, Definitive Healthcare, Epic, Evident, Praxis, Athenahealth)
- Familiarity with developing compelling marketing materials
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time

- The expected annualized base pay range this full-time position working at this location will be from $100,700 to $191,300, plus annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements) and the value of core and optional employee benefits being offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com

Position Overview
The Patient and Physician Program Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive strategy to increase Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) patient referrals from healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Development and Implementation:
- Design and execute referral program strategies
- Establish clear protocols and processes for referral management
- Create and maintain tracking systems for referral metrics
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and practices
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including surgeons and clinical staff to develop key insights to enhance program effectiveness
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders for program
- Educational Initiative Management:
- Develop educational materials and resources
- Work on distribution plans and optimization of materials and resources
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze patterns and conversion rates
- Generate regular performance reports
- Identify trends and opportunities for program improvement
- Marketing and Communication:
- Develop targeted communication strategies for referring physicians
- Create and maintain referral marketing materials
- Manage digital platforms
Annualized base salary for this full-time position range between is $103,700 - $197,000, plus the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
