We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Excellence Manager to design, deliver, and measure sales training programs that elevate commercial performance across the Neuromodulation business. In this role, you’ll equip our sales organization with the tools, skills, and methodology to drive consistent, disciplined, and predictable growth.
Working closely with Sales Leadership, Clinical Excellence, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence, you’ll ensure our field teams are prepared, aligned, and supported to deliver meaningful results for our customers and patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Drive commercial sales readiness
Lead the design and execution of training programs that enhance field performance—from onboarding and foundational selling to advanced sales strategy and business acumen. Align programs to commercial goals and ensure training directly translates to improved execution in the field.
● Embed a consistent selling methodology
Establish and sustain a disciplined sales process and shared methodology that drives accountability, predictability, and consistent performance across the sales organization. Enable front-line leaders through train-the-trainer programs and ongoing coaching.
● Build tools and resources for field success
Partner with Commercial Excellence and Sales Leadership to develop tools, frameworks, and resources that help sales teams execute territory and account plans with rigor and confidence.
● Collaborate and partner across functions
Work closely with Clinical Excellence, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure training content and delivery reflect commercial priorities, market dynamics, and product strategy. Align with HR and Talent Development to integrate training with broader growth initiatives.
● Measure, learn, and continuously improve
Capture field feedback, performance data, and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously refine training experiences. Leverage learning platforms and digital tools to enhance reach, engagement, and sustainability.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
● Minimum of 7 years' experience in medical device or healthcare industries
● Minimum of 5 years' experience in SCS Neuromodulation with a record of success as a Territory Manager, Field Execution Manager, or Regional Business Director
● Proven ability to design and deliver sales training that drives measurable field performance
● Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce
● Understanding of instructional design, adult learning, and learning management systems
Preferred qualifications:
● Proven experience as a trainer, field educator, or training facilitator
● Experience designing and delivering both in-person and virtual learning programs
● Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, content creation tools, and user experience design
● Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and commercial best practices
● Broad understanding of the evolving healthcare and neuromodulation landscape

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
