As a Senior Digital Product Manager at Boston Scientific Neuromodulation division, your primary role is to manage end-to-end product lifecycle of Digital Health Products/Tools. Our ecosystems of Digital Health Products/Tools, including mobile and cloud solutions, provide enriching and complementary capabilities to our regulated medical software products and neurostimulator device products. This role will work with business stakeholders to define and execute on the product vision, roadmap, and product/feature definition for Digital Health Products/Tools.

 

This position will also provide supportive management for medical software project execution including scrums, design inputs, user stories, development, test and release, backlogs and sprint planning, and managing tasks status of team members responsible for completing the work.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Incorporate Agile, Lean, and User Centered Design methodologies to execute on software product/project development, verification, release and operation.
  • Hold software project team meetings (Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Stakeholder Demo).
  • Manage maintaining product/project backlogs, writing user stories, design inputs for product/project features, product/project development prioritization and releases.
  • Ensure software is developed in compliance with internal SOPs, WIs and good documentation practices.
  • Adjust product/project direction based on data, customer feedback, and business stakeholder feedback.
  • Solicit inputs from Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Security, Privacy and other functions to deliver compliant software in an agile manner.
  • Provide the interface between the software development/verification teams and cross-function stakeholders on software projects.
  • Manage and communicate project status to cross-functional stakeholders/leadership.
  • In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
  • Inform product/project decisions by balancing business and user stakeholder inputs; execute on product/project execution roadmaps.
  • Promote a balanced product/project development team by integrating and enriching engineering, research/science, design, project management, and marketing cultures.
  • Maintain and continuously upgrade her/his knowledge of Digital Health and consumer wellness technologies, external competitive landscape, regulations, clinical settings.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required Digital Product Mgmt, Computer Science or related field.
  • 5 or more years’ experience in Digital Product Management or relevant field.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology.

 

The expected annualized base pay range this full-time position working at this location will be from $100,700 - $191,300, plus annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements) and the value of core and optional employee benefits being offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Boston Scientific considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs. Actual compensation may be otherwise adjusted if the position is filled outside of the intended geographic location.
