About the role:
The Patient Care Supervisor will manage a team of Neuromodulation Patient Care Leads and Specialist focused on maximizing Patient Care and Tech Support resources through performance measurement methodology. The Patient Care Supervisor will develop, implement, and enhance department operational performance by using data capture, measurement and analysis to establish clear and actionable recommendations to leadership on key performance indicators, department goals, process improvement and staffing model capabilities. The Patient Care Supervisor will manager a staff with a focus on coordination of department staffing models, forecasts, schedules, and oversight intra-day resource management.

  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Lead the Performance Measurement team in developing and coordinating processes to track and measure Neuromodulation Patient Care and Tech Support resources and performance to maximize quality and productivity.
    • Supervise staff of Neuromodulation Leads and Specialist, coordinating their daily activities and contributing to their professional skill development through training, coaching, and providing them with work experiences to enable their future advancement.
    • Serve as key member of the Neuromodulation Patient Care and Tech Support Leadership team, enabling shared goals through expertise in performance measurement. 
    • Responsible for providing recommendations for KPI development, tracking and measurement of results, and initiatives to drive quality, productivity and process improvements.
    • Responsible for defining and executing regular reporting regarding performance of Neuromodulation Patient Care and Tech Support (ie: Service levels, KPIs, Scorecards, dashboards). Coordinate with cross functional teams as needed to obtain data and drive automation in reporting.  
    • Develop knowledge and expertise in technology tools currently used by Neuromodulation Patient Care and Tech Support. Research and provide recommendations to alternative technology solutions to drive improvements.  
    • Responsible for owning and/or contributing to projects within Neuromodulation Patient Care and Tech Support and when needed, the larger Neuromodulation division.
  • What we're looking for in you:
    • Experience in Performance Measurement and Workforce Management data analytics in Contact Centers and/or Customer Service
    • Experienced in People Leadership, guiding teams with formal and/or informal authority
  • Education:
    • Associates degree in business administration or related field 
    • **OR 3+ years of experience in Performance Management in Contact Center
  • Preferred experience and abilities:
    • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking capabilities
    • Experience in defining and managing Performance Management best practices including staffing models, forecasting, and KPI tracking and measurement
    • Ability to demonstrate prior success in using performance measurement methodology to positively influence the performance of a team and/or department.
    • 3+ years in medical industry
    • Medical device experience strongly preferred; experience with Class III devices preferred
