  • Under limited supervisory direction, responsible for increasing market share of franchise products throughout assigned territory developing Accountable for achievement of sales goals.


  • Industry Knowledge: Maintains awareness of industry, health care and economic trends and their impact on franchise short-term and long-term business plans adjusting plans as needed to reflect market conditions; Maintains knowledge of the industry and the competition continually seeking information from physicians, suppliers, and others to improve marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Business Management: Identifies new business opportunities and accounts. Supports developsment and execution of sales strategies and activities.
  • Clinical Excellence: Supports clinical success through the education and training of physicians and hospital staff on product line, follow-up and on-going patient monitoring procedures..
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships: Supports maintainenance of contact with major accounts and key relationships seeking to leverage profitable business ventures; Assist key customers in the creation, maintenance, expansion and startup of divisionally related educational courses and forums; Attend and participate in customer, company and industry sponsored forums and courses..
  • Quality: Through engaging with Clients and Sales Organization expected to facilitate, share documents and processes to identify, notify and ensure any complaints or problems are addressed, thereby demonstrating high commitment to Quality in all interactions and behaviors.

  • Knowledge: A seasoned, experienced professional with a complete understanding and wide application of principle, theories, and concepts in the field. Applies a full understanding of area of specialization to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
