Purpose

 

  • Responsible for supporting the profitable and sustainable growth of Boston Scientific through the management of the HR Org Effectiveness workstream in an EMEA Finance Optimisation program.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Join the program core team as Business Lead for the newly created HR Org Effectiveness project
  • Represent the HR Org Effectiveness project at key stakeholder updates
  • Partner closely with the Program Manager on the overall HR Org strategy and approach
  • Engage with key stakeholders across the Finance organisation throughout the duration of the project – listen, observe, influence, strategise & create tactics as necessary
  • Develop the framework, structure & methodology for organisational design and effectiveness across the program for EMEA
  • Set the people strategy; charter, goals, objectives & deliverables for the HR project
  • Coach & partner with the process improvement PM’s to adopt the framework, embed structure & process into each of the currently 5 projects, providing guidance on managing change & org effectiveness within each of the projects
  • Provide input into the  change management strategy & tactics – key member of Change Management Team at program & individual process improvement project level.
  • Develop & execute a proposal to create a best-in-class ‘As One’ Finance organisation for EMEA – with a defined strategy to develop strong collaboration & teamwork between the various parts of finance
  • Develop a competency framework for the Local finance teams
  • Develop appropriate measure of success & track the employee & business impact of the HR Org Effectiveness project.

 

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven project management and change management experience in an HR environment
  • Organisational design expertise is desirable
  • Ability to influence and drive execution in a matrix environment
