Role Summary

The Digital Marketing specialist will help the adaptation & implements of digital campaigns for the BU Rhythm Management France in close collaboration with Digital marketing EMEA team as  part of the integrated multichannel communication programs to deliver outstanding customer experiences. As part of the RM French marketing team you will contribute to define our digital strategies, support the digital transformation and adoption in France with various departments (Quality, regulatory, Marketing, Training…) and manages digital media as well as digital analytics.

The Digital Marketing specialist reports to the RM France & Belgium Marketing Manager and joins a passionate, engaged & collaborative team of Products & Training Manager

 

Main Responsibilities

  • In line with Boston Scientific’s digital strategy and in collaboration with the RM Product & Training Managers and  key partners in Digital Marketing EMEA, adapt and implement digital campaigns for France with clear deliverables, milestones, and measures of success that are needed to accomplish business road map of the division.
  • Ensure compliance of all digital initiatives with Boston Scientific’s regulatory & digital ecosystem and act as ambassador of Boston Scientific’s digital strategy in RM Business unit.
  • Manage digital media (email, social media, display, Sales cloud emails, retargeting, communities), conversion, and engagement.
  • Closely collaborate with RM product Managers to drive effective planning, prioritization, and project management for France
  • Define and track digital KPIs and report results; use qualitative and quantitative data to drive continuous enhancements.
  • Demonstrate successful collaboration with internal partners and drive excellence in creating synergies, cross-fertilization, and continuous improvement.

 

Requirements and Competencies

  • Digital Marketing and Communications experience/Studies.
  • Adapted to healthcare industry will be appreciated.
  • Based in France, Paris area.  
  • Proficiency level of English
  • Understanding of marketing technologies such as;
  • Demonstrate organizational skills competencies by developing, monitoring and proactively managing project plans, and timelines to ensure goals are achieved and deadlines meet.
  • Drive excellence in channel mix and integration by recommending preferred channels and developing personalization and customization approaches.
  • Demonstrate innovative advancement by generating new ideas, methods, and solutions. Continuously use imagination, creativity and critical thinking to solve problems. Seek new approaches, ways of working and innovations to improve the customer experience and further differentiate Boston Scientific.
  • Team players by building and broadening relationships with internal stakeholders, bring together diverse perspectives to improve results.
