About the role

 

This position is responsible for providing operational support in multi-stakeholder engagements cross-division to develop Patient and Referrer Engagement Marketing Strategies for products, therapies and disease areas. Additional scope will be on working to develop and adapt existing systems and processes for customer marketing to be leveraged for patient and referrer marketing. Will be instrumental in cross-pollinating ideas and helping divisional marketing teams  utilize best practices.

This employee should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, having to work in close collaboration with several functional and divisional stakeholders at European and local level.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Help refine Marketing capabilities for Patient and Referrer target segments
  • Plan, organise, conduct and follow up marketing strategic and tactical workshops with divisional marketing teams
  • Partner with the appropriate IS, Business Intelligence and Master Data Management teams to provide business and process requirements for new systems or system enhancements.
  • Act as support in medium and small projects implementing new business solutions, processes and tools within the organization
  • Define data, KPIs and targets along with the process to capture that data to make fact-based business decisions
  • Provide training, support and develop communication and change management within organization on processes and tools for metrics, monitoring and analysis

 

What we are looking for

 

  • Professional with 3-5 years Marketing and Consulting experience (preferably from consumer background)
  • General knowledge and application of technical and business concepts, procedures, and practices.
  • Strong powerpoint and excel skills
  • Strong communication and workshop competencies
  • Fluent in English
  • Marketing and Communications Agency experience an added plus
