Ensuring a solid customer collection process through Factoring company analytics and tracking. Able to create performance metrics on collection. Expend influence in Continuous improvement in the rest of Finance organization, and act as a support to the Rebates and revenue team.


Your Responsibilities Include:

• Follow Customer Data for site and liaise with Customer Service to incorporate routine cleanup activities to maintain signal accuracy
• Handle Factoring Company relationship, target action items to be handled by the Collection Team (Shared Service)
• Work with Local Finance Teams to identify opportunities to improve the accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency of transactions & reporting.
• Ownership of SAP system user authorization for Finance function.
• Establish local SAP team communication channels to represent agreed priorities, deliverable expectations and report actual performance for the group.
• Build content and processes to deliver new user and refresher training to the materials management team members.
• Deliver excellent customer support through core team involvement in projects requiring system data and technical understanding.
• •Support general project work stream activities, working with internal and external cross-functional groups
• •Adhere to project plans, tasks, and deliverables; identifies dependencies and resource requirements
• •Appropriately communicates project status, escalates issues, and manages timelines and action items
• •May lead or assist in testing and implementation of business applications
• Collaborate with SAP HANA global teams to support future implementation activities.
• Support the Finance & Local team in resolving end user system and process issues.
• Foster a community of Users that shares best practices and drives innovative ideas for further improving our processes.
• Support a work environment of continuous improvement in line with BSC’s Quality Policy, Quality System and appropriate regulations for the areas supported.


Basic Qualifications

•5 to 10 years of Finance, Business process or Systems experience
•Experience with SAP and advanced knowledge of reporting software (Hyperion, Tableau)
•Strong communication skills with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization
•Highly adaptable, flexible and willing to accept new ideas, processes, and procedures
•Strong project management and ability to lead
•Self-motivated independent worker
•Strong analytical problem-solving skills
•Solution oriented spirit
•Detail oriented and organized. Performs to a high level of accuracy in all tasks
•The job can require minimum travelling
