Purpose
We are seeking a Corporate Communications Senior Specialist to join our newly established Content Hub, serving as a senior Content Producer with a strong focus on content creation, editorial excellence, and change communications.
In this role you will be responsible for transforming complex enterprise priorities, transformation initiatives, and change management projects, including acquisitions and integration phases, into clear, engaging, and audience-ready content. Working closely with the Content Hub Lead, Editorial Specialist, and Multimedia Producer, the role ensures consistency, quality, and impact across all internal and external corporate communication channels.
The ideal candidate is a native English-level speaker and writer, editorially strong, strategically minded, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Production
- Lead creative ideation and content-driven thinking.
- Craft, shape, write, and edit high-quality content across formats and channels, including enterprise campaigns, articles, thought leadership pieces, talk-tracks, internal newsletters, Q&As, and scripts for videos.
- Translate complex business priorities, transformation initiatives, and change topics into compelling, accessible and engaging stories.
Editorial Leadership & Quality Control
- Act as editor-in-chief for Content Hub assets, reviewing drafts for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with enterprise priorities and narrative frameworks.
- Ensure content meets high editorial standards prior to publication.
Brand, Narrative & Message Consistency
- Apply corporate narrative, tone of voice, and brand guidelines consistently across all content and channels.
- Ensure alignment with editorial calendars and strategic storytelling priorities.
Audience & Channel Adaptation
- Translate and adapt enterprise priorities into content tailored to specific audiences, including employees, media, customers, patients and policymakers.
- Customize content for multiple channels, including SharePoint, LinkedIn, corporate website, newsroom, and social platforms.
Change Management & M&A Communications
- Support the EMEA Corporate Communications team during organizational change, acquisitions, and integration phases.
- Develop clear, empathetic, and engaging change communications that support employee understanding, alignment, and engagement.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to anticipate communication needs during transformation moments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Multimedia Producer to deliver integrated storytelling that combines words, visuals, and video.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications colleagues, HR, and business partners to ensure consistent and effective communications.
AI Enablement & Innovation
- Act as an AI advocate within the Content Hub, supporting the adoption and integration of AI tools and best practices across content creation, curation, and distribution.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability through AI-enabled workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in similar roles
- Native-level proficiency in English, written and spoken.
- Based in Paris, with the ability to collaborate closely with European and global teams.
- Significant experience in corporate communications, content production, or editorial roles.
- Strong sense of design, motion, and interactive concepts (focused on vision rather than execution)
- Proven ability to simplify complex topics and communicate change effectively.
- Excellent editorial judgment, meticulous attention to detail, an understanding of tone and narrative.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience supporting communications during organizational transformations or acquisitions is a strong asset.
- Skilled in communication channels and content trends.
Desired Profile
- Creative thinker and strategic storyteller with a solid editorial perspective.
- Comfortable working fast-paced change environments.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; experienced collaborating with virtual, cross-cultural teams.
- Agile, highly collaborative, proactive, and solutions oriented.
- Strong interest in AI, innovation, and new tools in communications; curious and forward-thinking, with a focus on experimenting and co-creation.
- Able to balance creativity with structure, governance, and consistency.
