Organizational excellence

Support BSC Endo Division objectives and strategy execution by proactively developing region wide HEMA tools and solutions in close collaboration with EMEA Endoscopy Business partners and global divisional counterparts.

Help develop HEMA short/long term strategies and goals for Endoscopy across the EMEA geography. Create budget for dedicated product specific Endoscopy projects, embedding the knowledge on the health care system environments and trends in EMEA.

Support HEMA Director EMEA in promoting BSC with relevant stakeholders (eg. governmental bodies, funding and reimbursement groups, KOLs, etc.) and in identifying and supporting reimbursement strategies with country partners, through the creation of significant clinical and Health Economics outcomes and the management of a strong stakeholders’ network. Reconcile EMEA wide strategy with country specific needs for demonstrating value through Health Technology Assessment.


Performance excellence

Support the HEMA Director EMEA in gathering and assessing external stakeholder needs and in effectively communicating them internally to Endo EMEA Senior Leadership Team. Externally, support strategic discussions with key customers/KOLs to offer HEMA solutions across the EMEA region.

Strong focus on successful introduction of innovative Endoscopy technologies -notably in infection prevention (e.g. Exalt) and surgical endoscopy (e.g. ESD/EMR)- in major markets.

Help to develop tools and collateral (eg. dossiers, modeling, proposals, study protocols, etc.) that reflect the marketing & sales strategies of the Endoscopy Division and that can be customized & tailored to local country specific needs for supporting health technology assessment submissions, marketing and reimbursement of new and existing BSC Endoscopy products.

Work closely with junior Analyst(s), where appropriate, to support execution and reach goals/objectives.


Collaborative excellence

Operational support internal customers and stakeholders (eg. SLT, divisions, HCP HQ & regional level, new product launch teams, clinical affairs, etc.), providing Health Economics data/insights/capabilities, supporting external stakeholder management in collaboration with HCP and providing trainings on Market Access in EMEA.

Build and maintain connections with global divisional functions within Endo and leverage these contacts to efficiently further HEMA initiatives in the EMEA region. Collaborate withountry based HEMA teams through clear communication and close collaboration. Serve as a facilitator and bridge between country HEMA teams EMEA Endoscopy Business Partners.

Provide Market Access support (eg. HEMA and HTA modeling and analysis, including business insights) to key external stakeholders (e.g. hospitals, clinicians, investigator sites, professional societies, etc.). Help the HEMA Director EMEA in building a network of relationships with government, hospitals and third-party payer decision makers.

Ensure continuous self-development by nurturing skills and knowledge, being adaptable to new challenges/demands and responding to them in a flexible and positive way. Ensure efficient collaboration and execution through multiple language skills (Fluency in English and other relevant language(s)).

Contribute in generating new ideas, approaches and problems’ solutions to support innovation in the diverse EMEA healthcare environment (e.g new value propositions, etc.) and value creation, by leveraging knowledge, best practices and continuous improvement.  Support business expansion and growth in GEM/Middle East and Africa.



University Bachelor or Master degree is a must (in Health economics would be an asset)

Minimum of 2-3years relevant experience

Strong influencing skills

Ability to work in matricial environment

Strong Communication/interpersonal skills

Business Acumen

Good understanding of the life sciences industry


Fluency in English and any other major European language is a plus

Ablity to challenge status quo as and when necessary

Flexibility to travel up to 30-50% of your time

Creativity and ability to think outside the box

This position can be based in Paris; Hemel Hempstead , Milan, Madrid, Poland, Kerkrade, Dusseldorf.
