About the role:
As an HR / Total Rewards, Benefits Technology, you will play a key role in supporting the rollout of a new global benefits platform.
This is a project-based role where you will help create impactful employee-facing content, test system functionality, support vendor communications, and collaborate closely with HR teams. Your work will directly enhance the employee experience while ensuring that our platform is aligned with stakeholder needs across regions. You’ll also benchmark flexible benefits practices globally to inform strategic decisions and support successful implementation.
This role is a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at Voisins le Bretonneux (78) and will be starting in February.
Ideal rhythm would be 3 days working at Boston and 2 days at University.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Write, edit, and refine employee-facing content related to the new benefits platform
• Test platform functionality and report issues to relevant teams or vendors
• Collect feedback from HR teams and escalate or manage vendor tickets
• Track and follow up on issue resolution to ensure timely closure
• Assist in HR team training during the platform go-live period
• Benchmark flexible benefits offerings across countries to identify best practices
• Engage with global stakeholders to understand needs and adapt content and processes accordingly
Qualifications & Skills:
• Masters 1/2 Apprenticeship in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, Digital Transformation Studies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English C1)
• Excellent coordination and organizational abilities
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and curious mindset
• Comfortable working with international teams and across diverse cultures
