About the role

The Inside Sales Operations Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day management of the inside sales team. The function of this role is to provide coaching as well as process optimization and capability development of the Inside Sales reps, hereby managing EMEA projects. The Supervisor will be also responsible for the stakeholder management and divisional coordination in the assigned region, and closely collaborate with divisional stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Weekly check of actual versus target sales and supporting action plan from this analysis.
  • Team motivation and performance enhancement meetings at appropriate cadence.
  • Daily monitoring of process metrics, and work planning.
  • Weekly Sales Review with Sales Cloud (our Customer Relationship Management system) and Tableau (Our Reporting and Analytics system) on customer level, franchise mix and the sales activities per account with the sales reps to drive growth.
  • Support the execution of telemarketing campaigns in collaboration with each of the divisions.
  • Supporting quarterly business reviews with the divisions to drive strategy in line with each division’s objective.
  • Support Divisional leads in the recruiting and Onboarding of new Inside Sales Reps, which will include taking the lead in organizing all the trainings and required system access for new Inside Sales Reps
  • Process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Participating regularly in performance reviews with the Inside sales Reps to facilitate their development and provide continuous coaching on sales and general competencies.
  • Driving implementation and adoption of the technology platforms in their own teams and escalation of Sales Cloud & IT issues.
  • Establish a partnership with the divisional managers to collaborate effectively in large and complex regions.
  • Present the Inside sales models internally to stakeholders and facilitate their implementation by discussing strategic implications of design and model options.
  • Innovate and adapt the Inside Sales model for multiple and diverse business needs. 
  • Facilitate change brought by launch of InS programs in new geographies/divisions
  • Advise Divisional stakeholders towards optimized processes, account selection, target setting and best practices in leveraging Inside Sales
  • Ensuring the development of the Inside Sales program in EMEA by leading and implementing EMEA project in line with Strat plan

  • Strong People management skills
  • Sales Management and coaching skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver outstanding results
  • Previous experience in an Inside Sales environment, preferably in a regulated one as in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical
  • Exposure to best practices in an inside sales supervisor function is highly desirable
  • Ability to recruit, develop and retain talents
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix environment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Drive and tenacity
  • Ability to lead projects
  • Direct CRM experience in inside sales tools
  • Fluent in English and French
