Purpose

 

As a member of the European Electrophysiology Business Development team, you will be independently conducting development work as part of a major research and/or development project.  You will be viewed as an expert in one or more in-house technologies.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Support FCS  and  1st hand clinical experience with Rhythmia Software in clinical accounts
  • Maintain clinical credentials and training 
  • Build direct relationships and maintain routine communication with FCS and Business Development leads across geographies to understand current needs and issues. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with targeted KOL accounts established by EU BD team and in partnership with US R&D
  • Build and maintain routine communication with US based R&D and EU colleagues to disseminate information on needs, issues, clinical science, and research projects
  • Support communication needs for BSC future pipeline at BSC events (e.g. TechSuites) and targeted accounts
  • Educate local teams on quality processes and importance of providing detailed product experience information.
  • Support research and business development needs in preclinical or clinical labs (priority projects set by R&D and Business Development)
  • Maintain active participation in key R&D programs (e.g. DirectSense,  LumiPoint, Rx catheter development, Single shot) – consistent with state of development and need for EU centered activities. 

 

Profile Requirements

  • Requirements: Engineering background (bachelor / master in biomedical engineering)
  • General experience in EP would be an asset
  • Experience in data processing / analysis / statistics
  • Strong experience in lab work (experimental, animal lab, clinical experience)
  • Strong Presentation and communication skills
  • Strong Influencing skills
  • Internal and external networking skills
  • Flexible to travel (more than 50% )
  • Location: France or UK
