The Talent Acquisition team at Boston Scientific supports the achievements of the organisation’s strategic objectives through the timely recruitment of talent and the building of future talent pools. The Talent Acquisition Specialist France reports to the TA Manager EMEA and works closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to fill open positions while positioning Boston Scientific as an Employer of Choice.




  • Leads strategy meeting with hiring manager to understand the requirements of the role and advise on recruitment strategy
  • Identifies potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and the internal ATS
  • Conducts interviews by evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, abilities and other data relevant to the selection process
  • Creates and executes a strategy that leads to increased candidate flow and pipelining and optimizes a diversity of candidate sources
  • Works closely with HR & the businesses throughout the recruitment process providing consistent communication and client service
  • Partners with external recruitment agencies, as and when required, ensuring the same quality of hires and time-to-fill as through internal process
  • Coaches Hiring Managers and coordinates selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions
  • Utiilizes recruiting processes to leverage resume tracking software. Engages resources to maximize the strategic role of the Staffing function and eliminates non-value added work. Focuses on continuous improvement and makes suggestions to improve the staffing process, policies and strategy
  • Prepares, extends and negotiates competitive job offers  
  • Troubleshoots problems that arise in connection with the recruiting and hiring process.
  • Participates in EMEA TA projects as appropriate
  • Ensures the organization complies with local laws and regulations as it relates to sourcing, recruiting and hiring


Knowledge & Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of recruitment experience. Prior experience in recruitment agency is preferred
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • Ability to use LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools as well as proactive recruiting
  • Good client-facing recruitment experience required, including building candidate pipelines
  • Familiarity in face-to-face interviewing, including competency based interviews
  • Must be skilled in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint as well as Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systems

  • Some flexibility to travel when required
