About the role:
The Multi-Disciplinary Therapies (MDT) Manager is an executive sales role in the US Endoscopy field sales organization, reporting into the National Manager (NM MDT). This role has regional responsibility for setting strategy, driving sales performance and execution, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. In the first year, this role is expected to focus on MDT related to Acute Cholecystitis (ex. Axios, Discover), Bariatric Surgeon call point opportunity (ex. Discover, EB, etc) along with other specific disease state environments.
Additionally, this role requires a high degree of collaborative leadership to ensure success and aligned efforts across the Endoscopy Division along with other Boston Scientific Divisions (i.e. Peripheral Interventions – Interventional Oncology Division).  This role has pan BSC Endoscopy responsibility with a strong presence with both internal leadership and customers.
The ideal candidate for this role be located in one of the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, or Wisconsin.
Your responsibilities will include:
- 
Responsible for successful execution of sales plan and revenue growth nationally.
 - 
Develop opportunity plans and coach individuals and/or managers to maximize growth.
 - 
Develop relationships with influential clinical and economic stakeholders at select accounts within a specific named geography.
 - 
Prepare and present to the NM MDT quarterly forecasts that reflect market potential, resourcing plans, corrective strategies to achieve the target, and intent to grow above market.
 - 
Plan and control expenses to ensure sales objectives are met while staying within budget.
 - 
Leverage up to date knowledge of the market and competition to challenge, modify and prioritize sales division strategy.
 - 
Set a cross channel ONE ENDO strategy that drives accountability within a specific GI Division to individually execute against a sales plan of key products in identified accounts and markets, but that optimizes collaboration and revenue growth with aligned channels (ex. GI, BES, Surg Endo).
 - 
Responsible for identifying, prioritizing and focusing on select accounts within the a specific geography to drive growth, with the ability to trade-off areas.
 - 
Contribute to the pan Endoscopy team by collaborating with peers, providing market insights, and share best practices.
 - 
Partner with the Endobariatric (EB), GI, SAE and BES sales leadership team to develop cohesive cross-selling strategies that optimize the ONE ENDO model and the performance of your team.
 - 
Collaborate with functions, including marketing, CSE, Sales Training, Professional Education, Professional Affairs, Channel marketing, HEMA, and other functions as needed.
 
Required qualifications: 
- 
Bachelor's degree
 - 
Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience, including sales and marketing experience
 - 
Experience with successful collaboration with multiple sales channels and internal functions/departments
 - 
Demonstrated examples of influencing up down and across the organization
 - 
Experience with creating and driving alignment to a strategic initiative, and ensuring successful tactical execution / performance
 - 
Competent in business management using Salesforce
 - 
Ability to travel 40-50%
 
Preferred qualifications: 
- 
5+ years of sales or marketing leadership experience within Endoscopy, focused on market development and complex selling
 - 
Experience in multiple commercial areas (i.e. multiple channels, diverse commercial roles)
 - 
Experience in complex, clinical customer engagement
 - 
Clinically strong in biliary disease states and potential treatment options
 - 
Clinically strong understanding of bariatric treatment options for obesity, endoscopic management of complications and biliary stone development
 - 
Demonstrated examples of building customer relationships across multiple call points

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $115,000 plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
