Business Support Analyst

workplace: Warsaw


This is a great opportunity to join our newly created Business Support Central Team. Business Analyst will be key in delivering comprehensive performance analysis for the Business Support function, reflecting deep understanding of the key challenges of the Function. Works under limited supervision, delivering best in class service.


Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as an owner of management reporting for the Business Support function, regular and ad-hoc
  • Coordinating, gathering, analyzing and interpreting data from a variety of sources to strategically support business needs of the function
  • Developing and continuously enhancing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards
  • Proactively suggesting enhancements and improvement opportunities to existing business processes
  • Cooperating with various functional stakeholders to understand business needs


 What are we looking for in you?

  • Experience in reports generation, analysis and implementation for management reporting
  • Critical thinking, pro-active and problem-solving attitude, ability to thrive in a dynamic international environment
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, cause/effect thinking, structured and methodical way of working
  • Advanced practical knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint (essential)
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau is a plus
  • Excellent English skills. Other European language is a plus
