Business Process Administrator

workplace: Warsaw

 

This is a great opportunity to work as a part of our newly created Business Support Central Team. This role will be responsible for primary focus in providing complex administrative support for individuals and/or department while continuously looking for improvement opportunities.

 

Your Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Handling internal processes for Business organization, Sales and other internal/external stakeholders
  • Ensuring awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific
  • Supporting Sales Teams related with Internal Documents:  management, preparation & coordination
  • Maintaining both manual and automated records, collecting and compiling sensitive and confidential statistics and preparing reports and analysis if needed
  • Being point of contact for Internal customers. Obtaining or providing information on matters of moderate importance to the organization and may be of a sensitive nature
  • Following-up cases to resolution
  • Anticipating and coordinating projects, organizing own schedules, and that of others, to meet deadlines.
  • Assessing and implementing process improvement opportunities using different process tools and techniques.
  • Assisting in problem resolution as needed to ensure that internal and external customers receive best in class service in the most efficient way with usage of process improvements techniques
  • Performing general administrative duties that may include coordinating meetings/appointments, , arranging travel, preparing and/or sorting mail

 

What are we looking for in you?

 

  • Experience in a similar role in Shared Services/BPO or in administrative department
  • Fluent English is a must, other European language is a plus
  • Very good organizational and administrative skills
  • Previous experience with transitions of the processes and documenting them
  • Lean Business process practical experience – knowledge of tools and techniques is a plus
  • Able to work independently and think critically
  • Adaptable and proactive with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Focus on the quality of service delivery and continuous improvement
  • Team player and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in confidential manner
