Overview: As a GBS C2C Business Process Analyst, you will play a vital role in our projects and process improvements Business specified on the credit and collection operations of our organization. You will be part of the EMEA CTC service delivery team Reporting into the GBS C2C Manager.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit and collection processes, Project skills, process improvement abilities and a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the End to End SAP S/4 Hana deployment for the EMEA region by bringing subject matter expertise in Credit and Collection processes
  • Provide input on existing Credit and Collection business processes to ensure S4 Hana system functions are built according to requirements
  • Document and translate functional needs into system requirements through collaboration with internal project resources 
  • Collaborate with system vendors, local country teams and Credit and Collection shared service operations teams to implement process solutions which will align with global design while meeting localized business requirements
  • Participate in unit/string testing for high-risk processes and provide recommendations/improvements
  • Update SOPs (local procedures)
  • Participate in Train-the-Trainer Workshops and train new hires post go-live; serve as sustaining support expert
  • Support readiness and cutover activities

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in credit and collections
  • Proven Project experience in relevant fields
  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, accounts receivable management, cash application, collection techniques and Reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with credit and collection software systems.
