We are currently looking for

Contract Administrator

Location: Warsaw

Purpose:

The core objective of this role is to support the Pricing & Tenders team on a pilot project to ensure accurate data entry of final contracts to enable tracking & performance monitoring within specific SLA.

Key responsibilities:

• Process data entry of final contract deals into pricing approval tool
• Understands basic anatomy and alignment of contracts administration
• Investigate, identify, and correct errors on final contracts and feedback on process performance.

Requirements:

• Excel and data entry skills (nice to have)
• Good attention to detail
• Very good command of English
