Customer Care/ Business Support Internship Roles

 

1. Business Support 

 

Providing administrative support for medical events including documentation processing, contract preparation, and invoice handling. Managing purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies, while also handling submission and tracking of promotional materials and assisting in various duties as required, including managing marketing materials and demo devices in an external warehouse.

 

2. Customer Care

 

Supporting Customer Care Businesses by Sales Force use to register requests from customers/ sales representatives. Creating and processing notes. Managing transactions, returns and invoices.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Final Year Bachelors or Masters Graduate (Administration, Language and Philology studies, Business, Management, IT).
  • Polish native with excellent English oral/written communication skills is a must (Minimum B2)
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong ability to create and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Autonomous, with good planning and organizing skills.
