Customer Care Intern

About the role:
Support the Customer Care Central team for the EMEA region by handling order-related processes, coordinating deliveries and returns, and assisting with customer inquiries and complaints.


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage returns, organize pickups, and monitor delivery processes
  • Process transactions in SAP (order entry, pricing, availability, billing)
  • Handle customer and sales team inquiries and complaints
  • Use Salesforce (CRM) to manage incoming requests and emails
  • Maintain and analyze customer data and databases
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues effectively


What you’ll gain:

Requirements:

  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Very good command of English (French or German is a plus)
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Availability for a 6-month internship
