About the Role: 

 

Customer Care Intern will work closely with our Customer Care Team supporting EMEA countries in providing the best service to serve our patients. He/she will use SAP and Salesforce on daily basis to perform different tasks to fulfil orders and queries from our stakeholders. Customer Care Intern’s role is a vital part of our international collaboration and EMEA sales organization.     

 

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES 

 

  • Working closely with the team supporting local Customer Care businesses 

  • Daily use of Salesforce to register all incoming emails/requests from customers and sales representatives 

  • Performing transactions in SAP 

  • Sending invoices to customers 

  • Managing returns of products 

  • Creating delivery notes 

  • Processing credit notes 

  • Other tasks related to Customer Care support  

 

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS 
 

  • Enthusiastic students on bachelor or master level 

  • Attentive to details (accurate) is a must 

  • Polish native with excellent English oral and written communication skills is a must (Minimum B2). 

  • Additional European language is desired: French, German, Italian, Spanish (Minimum B1/B2)

  • Strong ability to create and maintain relationships. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

  • Good time management 

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
