Customer Care Representative with German
Purpose:
Works in line with EMEA Customer Care teams to support achievement of sales growth to plan an increase Customer Satisfaction. Focus on customer support mainly order and returns management, problem solving, complaint handling.
Responsibilities:
- Manage returns, organize pickups, and monitor delivery processes
- Process transactions in SAP (order entry, pricing, availability, billing)
- Handle customer and sales team inquiries and complaints
- Use Salesforce (CRM) to manage incoming requests and emails
- Maintain and analyze customer data and databases
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues effectively
Requirements:
- Fluent English and German
- Fluent Polish will be an asset
- Flexible and open minded
- Analytical skills (Excel)
- Standard computer skills (including MS Office)
- IT literate and a fast learner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Experience in customer service in medical industry and SAP skill will be an asset
