Customer Care Specialist with German

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Order management – performing various transactions in SAP: order booking, price & availability checks, billing, etc.
  • Logistics – monitoring the complete delivery process (e.g. Distribution Center and/or carrier) and arranging special deliveries upon request.
  • Returns management and device upgrades.
  • Handling service complaints from customers and/or sales representatives.
  • Daily use of the CRM tool (Salesforce) to register all incoming e-mails/phone calls from customers and sales reps.
  • Performing various analyses and maintaining customer databases.
  • Acting effectively to resolve different issues in cooperation with the supervisor/coordinator and other team members, when required.

 

Our requirements:

  • Languages: fluent German, English, and Polish.
  • Higher education and strong analytical skills (Excel).
  • Standard computer skills (including MS Office).
  • IT literate and a fast learner.
  • Experience in customer service in the medical industry; SAP and Salesforce skills will be an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Enjoys working both independently and in a team.
  • Flexible and open-minded.
