Customer Care Representative with English and German – Warsaw

12 months contract with possible extension/ permanent 



Works in line with the Customer Care team to support the achievement of sales growth to plan. Focus on customer support, order troubleshooting, problem-solving, complaint handling and assist the sales force wherever needed.


Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Order management. Processing orders according to specific customer requirements, generating invoices and credit memos, standard deliveries , free of charge deliveries, returns etc.
  • Monitor the complete delivery processes (e.g. Distribution Center and/or carrier).
  • Arrange special deliveries on request.
  • File ordering documents and related records.
  • Reply to ad-hock questions from customers and Sales division managers related to orders, payments etc.
  • Handle service complaints from customers and/or sales representatives.


What are we looking for in you?

  • Fluent English, Polish  and German verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel)
  • Higher education
  • Standard computer skills (including MS Office)
  • IT literate and a fast learner
  • Experience in customer service in the medical industry and SAP skills will be an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Likes to work both independently and in a team
