About The Role:

 

We are currently looking for an Intern to join our Corporate Communications Team in Warsaw. The successful candidate will be offered a 12-month internship and will get the chance to work in a multinational environment, supporting the Regional EMEA Corporate team.

 

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

 

Supporting the development of new communications materials relevant for UK & Ireland campaigns to ensure timely production of graphics, internal videos, articles, social media posts etc. compliant with Boston Scientific brand standards.

 

Contributing to deploy and optimize the performance of internal communications tactics across all channels, including townhalls, newsletters, events.

 

Supporting administration and coordination of the Regional Communications team for projects in close collaboration with stakeholders from planning, execution, approval, implementation and follow up (eg weekly calls, metrics reporting and analysis, holiday tracker, ad hoc communications,)

 

Supporting the Communications Director with administrative tasks and overall function coordination  (i.e. booking trips).

 

  • Actively participating in Corporate Communication team’s activities and other central corporate communications projects as requested.
  • Act as a communications champion by consistently setting high standards in personal communication and encouraging colleagues to adopt good internal communication practices. 

 

What Do We Look For In You:

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, or Communication, Marketing, Humanities, Project Management or similar.
  • Available to sign a 6 + 6 month internship.
  • Passion for content management and for communications more broadly.
  • Very strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1). Any other language is a plus.
  • Self-reliant as you will report to a remote manager in the UK
  • Proactive, dynamic, independent, and curious.
  • Ability to multi-task and understand priorities.
  • Strong follow- up and attention to detail.
  • You’ll easily be exposed to senior management in a multicultural organisation, no matter your level: it’s important you have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with different stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point, Outlook); video editing skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience in similar role in a company or a communication agency is a plus.
