About the role: 

As an intern in the HCP Service Delivery Team, you will support the team with various tasks related to HCP standard processes. These activities are focused mainly on operational aspects related to vendor master creation and maintenance, and HCP Transparency reporting. All activities need to be performed timely and accurately, adhering to agreed SLA times. This role requires working together and building business relationships with a variety of customers, stakeholders, and relevant support functions. 

 

 

Your responsibilities include: 

 

  • Ensure all activities are completed in compliance with BSC policies and procedures, as well as compliance policies. Help maintain up-to-date desktop procedures. 

  • Ensure awareness and transparency with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply, and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific. 

  • Support the team with all requested HCP related queries related to the transparency reporting, direct and indirect spend.  

 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Student of Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field. 

  • Fluency in English any other language is a plus. 

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office - Excel. 

  • Advanced analytical and numerical skills.  

  • Strong ability to create and maintain relationships.  

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Good time management. 

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
