About the Role
In this position you will be focused on urology market and support product management in the EMEA region aligned with Product Managers in the business division.
With every project, you’ll be helping patients and physicians to find solutions that truly matter.
Key Deliverables in 12-Month Internship
1) Good understanding of the urology procedures and medical devices
2) Knowledge of Boston Scientific processes for activities related to portfolio management
3) Understanding how marketing strategies bring value to customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the management of the urology product portfolio lifecycle.

Collaborate with EMEA Product Managers and Integrated Market Communications to create targeted messages, tools, and materials that help local sales teams drive customer engagement and behaviour change.

Conduct competitive analyses and maintain up-to-date literature and market intelligence.

Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams across EMEA to support local initiatives and gather field insights.

Collect market needs and sales requirements from EMEA countries and present them to the EMEA Marketing team.

Assist with supply chain-related tasks, including order follow-up and coordination.
What are we looking for in you:

Bachelor’s or Master’s student or graduate in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.

Ability to work towards objectives with excellent organisation and time-management skills.

Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.

Fluency in English (B2 or higher); additional languages are an advantage.
