About the Role
As a Finance Graduate, you will play an active role in supporting our Finance operations in Poland. This is a 12-month development opportunity designed to give you hands-on experience across key financial processes, including reporting, compliance, and transactional activities. You will work closely with experienced professionals and global teams, gaining insight into how finance drives business performance in a multinational environment. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute to meaningful projects, and build a strong foundation for a career in finance.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Supporting the Finance team in compiling, analyzing, and tracking financial data.
- Assisting with month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts as assigned.
- Performing day-to-day bookkeeping activities in line with accounting principles and internal procedures.
- Maintaining and updating VAT purchase and sales registers.
- Checking the accuracy of invoice data (e.g., dates, amounts, VAT rates).
- Preparing reports or journal entries and supporting audits by external or internal auditors.
- Collaborating closely with the Global Business Services (GBS) finance shared service center.
- Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about finance and company operations.
- Actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and process standardization.
What Do We Look For In You
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or last-year student).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and dynamic environment.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
