About the Role:

This position is part of the company’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization, with a focus on project-based work in Fixed Assets Accounting. The role is responsible for driving process improvement initiatives and managing key accounting projects, including the tracking and reporting of performance metrics. It involves close collaboration with various functions, BSC sites across the globe, and engaging stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery of measurable results.

Your Responsibilities May Include:

• Partner with senior level fixed asset accountant and/or fixed asset subject matter expert to manage multiple projects from small to large scope. The scope of projects can and will vary.

• Partner with Fixed Asset Service Delivery and Intelligent Automation teams to drive global end to end process optimization.

• Takes an active interest in seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and standardizing processes across multiple legal entities.

• Analyze end to end business processes to build a deep understanding of workflows and dependencies.

• Collaborates with several groups within BSC, including local sites, to ensure all perspectives are taken into consideration when implementing changes and improvements.
• Act as a change steward by encouraging and adopting new ways of looking at problems, processes, and solutions.
• Ensure project compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and reporting requirements.

• To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

• English Level: C1.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting a plus.
• Experience in Process Improvement / Lean Methodology a plus.
• SAP and S4 Experience a plus.
• Strong Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills required.
• Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and organization skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Open to working across global time zones.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
