HCP Analyst
In this role, you will support all Health Care Professional (HCP)–related activities, ensuring compliant and accurate execution of HCP processes. You will act as an Analyst I, working with systems such as HCP Engage and S4 Magellan to manage transactions, resolve queries, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:
- Support all Health Care Professional (HCP)–related processes using systems such as HCP Engage and S4 Magellan.
- Act as HCP Analyst for processes executed within GBS.
- Handle queries related to HCP activities and support compliance and KPI reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks in line with established SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Compliance, Procurement, Commercial) and external partners, including HCP vendors and service providers.
- Work closely within a small, dynamic team to coordinate daily activities
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of HCP compliance and engagement processes; experience with HCP Engage and S4 Magellan is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance or a shared services environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and ServiceNow; excellent Excel skills.
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Vendor Master data, and handling HCP invoices within the EMEA region.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Proactive, accountable, and comfortable working within structured, SLA-driven processes.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and balance both operational and project-based tasks.
