HR Generalist

Workplace: Warsaw
 

 

Support execution of Human Resources Strategy via application of HR initiatives, tools and processes within client groups. Partner with client group leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned with department/function performance goals and business strategy. Group of Stakeholders will contain office and sales functions, as well Bussiness Services Operations groups, which are currently establihing in Boston Scientific Warsaw office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing HR guidance/support to client groups in most of the following areas: competency development, succession planning, talent management, talent acquisition, labor relations, employment law compliance, employee relations, employee engagement, change management and process improvement & organization design
  • Coach and consult with management on issues affecting performance, development and organization effectiveness, helping to determine root causes and recommending appropriate next steps
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence & HR Business Partners
  • Support communication on and utilization of performance management tools & processes and compensation & rewards programs
  • Supports employee life cycle management processes such as on-boarding management, termination, personal data changes, internal transfers
  • Provide guidance in interpreting and HR processes, systems, applications, compliance, regulations, policy, procedures and employment law & contractual obligations
  • Provide guidance and direction to client groups to ensure consistent, equal and fair treatment of all employees. Consult with managers to ensure the consistent application of and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Participation and coordination of HR projects, local and on the EMEA level
  • Coordination with support of external vendor following process related with Employees/Candidates from abroad: visa, work permit, residence permits, single permits, etc.
  • Preparation of employment documents: agreements, amendments, internal documents

 

Requirements:

  • 4 years professional Human Resource experience as HR Specialist from SSC/BPO is an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in HR processes, tools and working methods according to work focus – recruitment processes, competence development, trainings
  • Acquainted with Polish Labor law
  • Quick learner who is easily able to adapt to changing demands
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences both verbally and in writing
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Educational background within Human Resources or equivalent
