HR Service Delivery Support Graduate


About the role:

Support HR operations across the EMEA region by handling administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employee data, learning, and rewards). Ensure high-quality service delivery, support reporting, and contribute to process improvements.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle HR requests and support case management
  • Perform administrative tasks across HR processes (e.g. onboarding, data management, recruitment)
  • Use HR systems and tools (e.g. SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
  • Support HR teams (HRBP, People Services, CoEs) as needed
  • Assist with reports, data analysis, and process improvements
  • Follow SOPs and escalate issues when necessary
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support (EMEA & local)


Requirements:

  • Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
  • Interest in HR operations / shared services
  • Fluent English (additional language is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Proactive and willing to learn new systems
