HR Service Delivery Support (EMEA)
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our HR Service Delivery team supporting the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and transactional HR support across the employee lifecycle, while also contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and resolve HR cases via ticketing systems, email, and calls
- Execute HR processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, employee data, compensation & benefits, learning, recruitment)
- Perform administrative activities in line with established SOPs
- Collaborate with HR teams (CoEs, HRBPs, HR Technology, People Services)
- Support process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Generate and analyze HR operational reports as needed
- Ensure accurate data handling and compliance with internal processes
- Support implementation of new processes and system updates (including testing)
- Identify and escalate risks or issues impacting service delivery
- Provide ad-hoc HR support at EMEA and local level
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (preferably HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, or Benefits)
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) is a strong asset
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
