HR Service Delivery Support 

 

Perform transactional HR support and execute processes and procedures throughout the employee life cycle

  • Onboarding of new hires
    • Manage employee contracts
    • Support with the regional onboarding of new hires (incl. pre-onboarding activities, collection of necessary paperwork)
    • Process new hires in SuccessFactors
    • Orientation plan for new hires
  • Offboarding
    • Manage employee leave records and inform stakeholders
    • Process leavers incl. preparing relevant documentation & update systems accordingly
  • Payroll & Benefit administration
    • Gather payroll data & support with the monthly payroll
    • Local Benefits enrollment & administration (medical insurance, sports card, culture card, life insurance etc)

 

Coordinate, organize and/or lead administrative tasks

  • Case management for first level support for local HR related questions
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance (for example contracts, letter creation, work permits, visa request, headcount reports etc)
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed
  • Updating employee files in collaboration with external Payroll & HR Services vendor 
  • Administration of Medical check ups

 

Leading and/or assisting in implementing, maintaining and improving HR services, systems, procedures and/or policies

  • Support the administration of Employee Data in the employee system of record SuccessFactors
  • Track employee time off limit changes in cooperation with the external accounting office and update the Leave System Timmi accordingly
  • Support employee training and development initiatives

 

Represent HR Service Delivery Support on specified initiatives or projects

  • Establish internal relationships with relevant stakeholders such as Finance, Regulatory Affairs, HR COEs  and the Country Leadership Team
  • Close collaboration with both in-country HR as well across the EMEA region

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in HR administration, preferably in a multinational or regional setting
  • Understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in coordinating administrative tasks and supporting HR processes
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail in executing HR processes accurately.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • SAP SF knowledge would be a plus
