Młodszy Specjalista ds. Przetargów

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa


Zakres obowiązków:


  • monitorowanie rynku w zakresie ogłaszanych procedur przetargowych,
  • przygotowywanie ofert cenowych,
  • przygotowywanie ofert i składanie niezbędnej dokumentacji w ramach uczestnictwa w przetargach,
  • kompleksowy nadzór i zarządzanie procesem przetargowym,
  • współpraca z działami firmy zaangażowanymi w proces przetargowy i realizacji zamówień.




  • wykształcenie wyższe lub w trakcie studiów (mile widziany kierunek: Prawo i Administracja),
  • doświadczenie zawodowe zdobyte w dziale przetargów min. 1 rok,
  • dobra znajomość ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych,
  • bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i organizacyjne,
  • rzetelność, dokładność, zaangażowanie i inicjatywa w działaniu,
  • umiejętność ustalania priorytetów i pracy nad kilkoma zadaniami jednocześnie,
  • komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie,
  • praktyczna znajomość obsługi komputera (MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word).
