Medical Data Specialist

 

Job Purpose

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical data by developing data collection tools, managing data systems, and collaborating cross-functionally to support clinical and regulatory goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Review clinical data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in line with study protocols.
  • Develop and maintain data management plans, database specifications, edit checks, and supporting documentation in accordance with GCP and GDP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Biostatistics, etc.) throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver timely and accurate clinical data to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build, test, and maintain data management systems and tools.
  • Support internal and external audits and inspections as a subject matter expert.
  • Stay compliant with corporate, functional, and study-specific training and documentation standards.

 

What Are We Looking For in You?

  • University degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
  • 1+ years’ experience in clinical data management or related function.
  • Understanding of GCP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in clinical data systems and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, data integrity mindset, and analytical skills.
  • Collaborative approach with excellent communication abilities.
  • Fluent English.
