Currently we are looking for a

PTP Specialist


Key areas of responsibilities: 
•    Helpdesk for P2P related questions of BPO or local organizations. Is first point of contact and support in escalations. Address issues where necessary. 
•    Point of contact for users, Helpdesk, Procurement and AP team for questions related to the end-to-end PtP process
•    Investigate and resolve escalated issues
•    Coordinate P2P process in BSCI cooperating with Boston Businesses and BPO (senior roles)
•    Investigate and execute the implementation of further P2P process improvements 
•    Identify, propose to management, and execute the implementation of further P2P process improvements (senior roles)
•    Deliver relevant information for proper execution of the process by BPO 
•    DTP maintenance where required, in alignment with process owner(s)
•    Participate in projects or actions to improve the overall performance quality of the P2P process.
•    Provide relevant reporting, validate data and analytics
•    Achieving harmonization targets, KPI’s
•    Train AP agents, buyers and helpdesk employees on Procure-to-Pay activities
•    Perform assessments for AP agents, buyers and helpdesk employees
•    Act as Procure-to-Pay super user
•    Support and maintain relationship with Product Team, IT and Sourcing
•    Support the implementation of procure-to-pay improvements (process, IT)
•    Cooperate in implementation of process changes to stakeholders in EMEA (training, change management, communication etc.) (senior roles)

 
Experience & Background:
•    Good knowledge and understanding the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process 
•    Knowledge of accounting processes
•    Knowledge of SAP Ariba
•    Knowledge of SAP preferred
•    Good understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Powerpoint)
•    Customer service orientation; strong interpersonal skills
•    Work independently
•    Fluent in English
•    1-3 years of related experience in the sphere, preferably in a shared service environment (medior roles)
•    3-5 years of related experience in the sphere, preferably in a shared service environment (senior roles)
•    Logical thinker with an eye for detail and an analytical mind
•    Accurate, being able to react quickly
