About The Role:

 

Payroll Intern will work closely with our HR and GBS Teams supporting EMEA countries in delivery smooth payroll to BSC employees. He/she will use top class ERP systems such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors and SAP daily to perform different tasks supporting payroll processing and address queries from our stakeholders. Payroll Intern’s role is a key to facilitate numerous changes and process improvements in the organization. He/she will have unique opportunity to support implementation of new ideas in collaboration with other parts of the BSC organization.

 

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

 

  • Work closely with the HR and GBS Payroll teams supporting EMEA region
  • Creation and upload of content (e.g. FAQs) into newly setup intranet (payroll subpage)
  • Review and triage of new ServiceNow employee queries
  • Creation and running ad hoc ServiceNow reports  
  • Export data from SAP ECC for reconciliation purpose
  • Analysis of employee master data (SuccessFactors reports)
  • Support automation projects (e.g. testing new macros)

 

What We Are Looking For In You:

 

  • Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (C1), any other language is a plus.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong ability to create and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
