Quotes & Tenders Specialist – Talent Pool

Responsibilities:

• Market monitoring in the field of announced tender procedures, search and selection of tenders
• Preparing price offers
• Work in data management systems (SAP, Service Cloud)
• Preparation of offers and submission of necessary documentation as part of participation in tenders
• Comprehensive supervision and management of the tender process
• Analyzing and verifying tender documents
• Preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents required in public procurement
• Cooperation with the company's departments involved in the tendering and order processing process

Requirements:

• Professional experience gained in the tendering department
• Practical knowledge of the Public Procurement Law
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Reliability, accuracy, commitment and initiative in action
• Ability to prioritize and work on several tasks at once
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (min. B2)
• Practical knowledge of SAP or Service Cloud will be an advantage
• Practical computer skills (MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word)
