Regulatory Affairs Intern
About the role:
Support the Regulatory Affairs team in ensuring medical devices comply with EMEA regulatory requirements. This internship offers hands-on experience with regulatory documentation, submission processes, and day-to-day regulatory operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Support preparation and maintenance of regulatory submissions
- Track submissions, renewals, and country-specific requirements
- Assist with regulatory intelligence and research activities
- Maintain trackers, logs, and databases
- Support audits, inspections, and Health Authority requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Clinical, Supply Chain)
- Provide administrative and documentation support for regulatory projects
- Contribute to process improvements, including AI-based solutions
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Interest in or experience with AI tools is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability for a 12-month internship
