Regulatory Affairs Intern

About the role:
Support the Regulatory Affairs team in ensuring medical devices comply with EMEA regulatory requirements. This internship offers hands-on experience with regulatory documentation, submission processes, and day-to-day regulatory operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Support preparation and maintenance of regulatory submissions
• Track submissions, renewals, and country-specific requirements
• Assist with regulatory intelligence and research activities
• Maintain trackers, logs, and databases
• Support audits, inspections, and Health Authority requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Clinical, Supply Chain)
• Provide administrative and documentation support for regulatory projects
• Contribute to process improvements, including AI-based solutions

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Interest in or experience with AI tools is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Availability for a 12-month internship
