Role Purpose:

Performs a variety of complex duties in general accounting such as analyzing accounts, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and performing the monthly financial close and consolidation, external and internal reporting, monitoring SOX/internal control requirements, support audits, continually identifies ways to improve and streamline processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Mapping current intercompany process in coordination with stakeholders
• Building global end-to-end intercompany process flow
• Drive compliance in all finance-related matters and ensure compliance with Corporate and local policies, statutory requirements and GAAP principles. 
• Cooperation with internal and external audits and audit-related accounting matters (SOX, CA&C). 
• Apply LEAN methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of intercompany processes. 
• Participate in implementing quality requirements in all aspects of the intercompany process. 
• Identify and implement process improvement and standardization.
• Ensure all activities comply with legal demands, ethical standards, and the Internal Quality.
• Oversee Intercompany activities for the entities in your scope, including cross charge and netting preparation.
• Process monthly journal entries related to intercompany activities.
• Desktop procedures creation and maintenance

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Financial accounting/ Business Economics/ Other financial related studies 
• 3-5 years similar experience in Intercompany/ General Ledger area
• Project Management focus
• Fluency in English, additional language capabilities are a plus. 
• SAP experience. Hyperion and Cadency experience will be an additional asset.
• SAP S4 Hana experience will be an additional asset.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills and focus on building relationships.
• Self-motivated yet team player.
